Appointment Setter

About the Role We are looking for a confident, organized, and highly communicative Appointment Setter to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, starting conversations, following up with leads, and scheduling qualified appointments for our team. You should be comfortable speaking with people over the phone, communicating professionally, and handling a high volume of outreach. Strong spoken and written English is required. Responsibilities Contact prospective clients through phone calls, email, and other communication channels Schedule and confirm appointments for the team Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and appointments Update lead and customer information in our CRM or tracking systems Respond professionally to questions from prospective clients Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals Coordinate calendars and ensure appointments are scheduled correctly Follow provided scripts and processes while communicating naturally Keep the team updated on leads, scheduled appointments, and follow-ups Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Confident and professional phone communication Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective clients Strong organizational and follow-up skills Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable working with spreadsheets, calendars, and online software Strong attention to detail Stable internet connection and reliable computer Must be available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, personable, and persistent without being overly aggressive.
